🔥 Will the tool hold up to the use and abuse, being made of plastic?
Yes! We've done extensive testing on our Link Lifters, and while they are plastic, they can withstand abuse and heat without any issues!
🧯 We lost one of our parts to the Link Lifter. Do we need to buy the entire tool, or can we replace one part?
All Link Lifter parts can be replaced separately! Check out our products to see what part you need.
🛠 Does the tool come with a warranty?
No. With tools being used in the fire service, they go through abuse and neglect.
We do guarantee the workmanship of our product, and if you have any issues, we will take care of you!

We do have videos online that show you how to use the Link Lifter. Please see this video.
